The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) introduces a groundbreaking "Learn and Earn" scheme, allowing institutes with strong industry ties to offer technical diploma courses. Aligned with the New Education Policy, MSBTE emphasizes experiential learning, developing the Learn and Earn Scheme to enhance youth employability. This initiative provides on-the-job training alongside formal education, without any government funding or financial contribution from student trainees.

    Available for students between 18 to 35 years old
  • Bridging Education-Industry Gap :
    Under this scheme, students gain invaluable On-the-Job Training (OJT), aligning education with practical industry experience.

    A selection process will be in place to choose eligible candidates.
  • Training Format:
    • On-the-Job Training (OJT) : Students will undergo 8 hours of practical training per day.
    • Training Days : OJT will be conducted 6 days a week.
    • Theoretical Training : Theoretical training will be provided through online modes.
